From 2015-2017, I have been working as a postdoc fellow at Emory School of Medicine, conducting interdisciplinary research on mathematical and engineering  solutions as a member of the Emory Cardiovascular Imaging and Biomechanics Core Laboratory . Before that I earned a PhD and MS in Mathematics from Emory University where my thesis was Numerical Modeling of Blood Flow Problems in Coronary Arteries.  I chose the Harvard MBI because it is the best program to learn data science for medical research. I hope to go on to work in a research position in biomedical engineering/informatics.
